In addition to our internal testing and experimentation, we open the doors to our exploration in the form of Fieldwork Club, our community activation initiative. Proactively led by members of the community, and supported by Kyoto Research Institute. Members venture into the city streets and countryside mountains to conduct deep research and co-create what it means to live in the "now." Engaging in collaborative problem-solving around sustainable infrastructure design, regional revitalization, natural resource circulation, and the modern application of traditional crafts. Fieldwork Club participants harness their respective professional backgrounds and skills, collaborate with others who come from differing experiences and perspectives, all while extracting from Kyoto Research Institute's field expertise.
